PIPE / STEEL SECTION HEATING
Steel pipes are typically pre-heated prior to butt-welding and to provide residual heat to assist paint / epoxy protective layer curing. This can demand high powers for which Inductoheat have the product solution and knowledge. (200kW - 5MW)



Steel Alloy Pipe cannot easily be formed into the bend profiles required in on-shore / off-shore pipeline installations. Induction heating can provide the localised heating to temperatures in excess of 1000C required to assist in the bending for pipeline and construction applications.(200kW - 1500kW)

Induction can be used for Steel pipe post weld heat treatment which prepares the pipe metallurgically before off-shore laying.
