MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL DESIGN
Inductoheat Banyard utilises Autocad and Solidworks, and has 6 design stations. Detailed design drawings are provided
for all systems no matter how large or small, complex or simple.
Electrical drawings are produced to IEEE standard.
MATERIALS CONTROL
Mechanical and electrical drawings are
produced and comply to BS308. Our Materials Controller ensures
that design drawings are produced on schedule so that materials
procurement complement the manufacturing window. We are committed
to meeting our delivery promise for every customer....
MANUFACTURE
We have a 1670²m facility which incorporates
a production area, induction coil repair section, machine shop,
test area and a laboratory development & demonstration area.
